Return & Refund Policy

Since most of our products are personalized or made to order, we're unable to accept returns once an item has been customized. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Refunds for online payments, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
